Motorized projection screen in a dedicated home theater in Land O’ Lakes, Florida, with surround speakers and acoustic treatments.

A homeowner in Land O’ Lakes wanted a dedicated home theater without giving up the convenience of a television for everyday viewing.

Precision Smart Home installed and integrated the client’s theater equipment, including a ceiling-mounted projector, surround sound system, and extensive acoustic treatment throughout the room.

A motorized retractable projection screen transforms the space at the touch of a button. When lowered, the room becomes a large-screen home theater. When the screen is retracted, it reveals a 75-inch TV behind it for regular TV viewing.

The result is one room that can easily transition between everyday entertainment and a full home theater experience.
